Is It Really Healthy To Eat Just 500 Calories A Day?

Each one of us, me included in this statement wants to stumble on a immediate way to reducing their weight. The idea of spending years eating nothing but lettuce for every meal and getting up at the break of dawn to run a few miles just to watch the scales move scarcely at all.

This is part of the reason why as soon as anyone releases a diet plan that gives hope of drastic results so many of us run to it. Each of us wants direct results so as soon as long as soon as they promise that in the ads we all dive at it. Dreams of being able to fit into our skinny jeans drive us forward.

Do you question if the plan possibly can do you more damage than good? Will you still follow the diet plan? We are not all made exactly the same so not everyone will respond to diets in the exact same way. So who is a 500 calorie a day diet perfect for?

Not very many people at all will get on with a 500 a day diet, it is just too uncompromising for many of us. When you are merely looking to lose a few lbs then the chances are that you already have a limited calorie intake so cutting it a bit lower may not make a good deal of difference. If you are 100lbs overweight and suddenly go from a 4000 a day to 500 a day calorie diet then your system could well wonder what the heck is going on and could start doing very odd things.

Your body needs tomaintain equilibrium, you have to balance your eating of sugars, carbs and especially fats to make sure you stay hale and hearty. We are fat because we need overloaded on (typically) fats and sugars, and in large amounts these are not healthy. However if you out of the blue go and slash everything out and just hope it will work out you are sure to have issues.

Our vital organs have certain nutrients to do what they are designed to, if you are not ingesting the exact things you can badly affect them. If you are feeling that the 500 calorie plan is perfect for you, then at least discuss it with your health worker before you start it and be assured that you are healthy enough for the diet.
